| 1. Store in Freezer one hour before use | 1. Bring pack to room temperature if already kept in freezer |
| 2. While using apply on affected area after covering the pack in a thin towel | 2. Put in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Quantity of water Must be enough to immerse the pack completely |
| 3. Remove pack for a while if application becomes uncomfortable | 3. Wrap in thin towel before applying to the affected area, if Heat is bearable then only direct application. |
